Hi everyone, I am Melissa!

I oversee Strategic Account Management, Client Services, ACT and Professional Services.  I could not be prouder of all 4 teams.

It’s our job to ensure we delight and amaze our clients with our suite of products and services. Great products+great services=strong customer loyalty.


I’ve been with the company for 15 years and prior to this, I worked at NBC, MTV and UGO Networks. I have a degree in Communications/Television and Radio Production from Ithaca College. Go Bombers!

My favorite Frankly moment is every day because I feel like work with the best in the business on both coasts.

I have been married to Daniel for almost 14 years and I am the mother of two dragons, Nate (6) and Ethan (4).  When I am not working, you can usually find me coaching a base in T-ball, acting as class parent at both my son’s schools and running events as Executive Board Member of the PTA.

I am also on the board of the Koby Mandell Foundation which provides programs and support services to those that have lost family members due to terrorism.

My other passions including home renovations (I have gut renovated 2 apartments in NYC and love the process). I also love exploring New York City and all it has to offer.  I am a foodie and love trying new and different restaurants (I highly recommend the Whole Pig Roast at the Breslin in the Ace Hotel!).
